The early childhood education programme organised by KEMAS is known as Taman Bimbingan Kanak-Kanak (Tabika) (Kindergarten) is a kindergarten programme that provides early education opportunities for children aged between 4 to 6 years old.
The concept of the KEMAS Kindergarten is 'Learning Through Play' which is adjusted to the children's nature to play, curiosity and willing to try. This concept is then expanded to master the 4M skills (Reading, Writing, Counting and Reasoning).
This concept aims to provide opportunities and encouragement to children in mastering the basic skills and experiences that will facilitate them during their formal education in primary schools in the future.
In addition, it enhances childrens invidual potential for excellence in a comprehensive, balanced and integrated manner. The knowledge and skills of children are enhanced with the nurturing and strengthening through practices of moral values via the organised and structured efforts and programmes.
This effort aims to produce excellent heirs of the nation, nurtured and educated in a healthy, cheerful and safe environment as well as close cooperation with the parents.
